Disneyland.... Sea world....Six Flags

We were in no rush to get there since we left early in the morning, we stopped in Cedar City to take my sister out to lunch before she went to class! Then decided to hit the road again! Things were going great till we had been in the car for about 20 minutes!!! We lost air not only did we not have cool air but we had HOT air blowing out of the vents even when it was turned off! So we rode the rest of the way to vegas with the windows down. It was AWFUL!!! We decided we had to stop in vegas to get out of the heat. So we shopped around the mall till the sun was going down then hit the road again! We finally made it to California!
We woke up Friday morning to head to disneyland! We had so much fun, Mike and Bonnie joined us and we enjoyed every minute of it! Went on a lot of rides and watched fireworks it was so fun.
Saturday morning we were not sure if we could make it out of the house we were so sore and tired.... but we did and we headed off to sea world, more of a relaxing day, walked around and just enjoyed the day!
On Sunday we decided to hit Six Flags there was a deal that we could not pass up! So we jumped in the car and enjoyed our day.
Finally Monday morning we hit the road to head back to Utah making a few stops on our way home to see the Vegas trouts and my sister again!
We had a blast!

On July 31 Stephen and I celebrated our first year anniversary! Man does time fly, it seems like just yesterday we were getting married. Crazy!
Well the day started out slow we just hung around the house and decided to get ready and take our time doing so! Then we opened gifts. I gave him a customized Monopoly game. He gave me a fantastic day planned and a cool picture frame to put a picture of what we did together on our first year!
He then placed an order to my favorite place to eat ever! Olive Garden and we drove up the mountains for a picnic which was what we did when he proposed! We then decided to go see a movie and just hang out! We then went and stayed at the Anniversary Inn. Our themed room was a carriage room! It was so cool and so much fun. I am so glad that we got to enjoy our day together and just have fun!

I cant believe that it has been a year. It has been an amazing year at that!

Back to Utah we come!

So after spending a few months in Arkansas things were not going quite how we planned. So we decided to make the trek back to Utah. Well since we didn't have a car we had to pack our lives into 4 suitcases weighing under 50 pounds each, 2 carry ons which were busting at the seems, and 2 personal items that were also totally full.
So anyone that knows me knows that we started packing a week early. Which turned out to be a good thing, it only took 4 days to weigh the suitcases to rearrange them 20 times to work. The best part is we didn't have a scale, we only had our wii fit and of coarse Stephen didn't want to weigh himself, so knowing that I was down 20 pounds I was excited to weigh myself!!!! Untill I had to hold 50 pound bags multiple times to make sure everything worked. When we got to the airport they didn't even weigh our luggage! They did have to search one of our bags and we stayed around to watch beacasue we knew it would be funny. As she opened the bag and lifted a pillow, a electic skillet, to find the computer that she then swabed, and had to put everything back in. It was so funny to see the look on her face..... On to the carry on's 1 was filled with clothes. You cant even believe how much we got into the bag. After stuffing it as full as possible Stephen jumped on the bag so we could smash it down enough to zip it shut. The other was full of electronics... wii, wii fit board, xbox, all the plugs, games, mario kart steering wheels, and movies. We didnt even think that while going through security it would be a good idea to pull them out of the bag and place them in bins......So of coarse they have to check our luggage and the security guard is trying not to laugh as Stephen and I are almost in tears from laughing so hard!
So needless to say we are happy to be home!

Ok so it has been a while so I need to update you all
**Finally moved to Arkansas**
**Hot, Humid, Sticky**
**Got here and one week later Stephen left to sell in Fort Smith where they need to stay in hotels**
**Steve gets no cell phone service while working**
**We got IPhones**
**Watch movies all day**
**Go night swimming**
**Hang out with Kasuandra, and Katie**
**Walmart 4 times in 3 days**
**Learned how to make sorbet**
**Steve works all day long:(**
**Steve is getting successful at his job**
**I am learning how to make dinners**
**Staying up late, getting up early**
So how does this life sound??? Its a lot of fun minus the long boring days but we are working on that by learning new craft ideas. Ill keep you posted on that! I am enjoying living away from my parents, its been rough, but has been great for our relationship!!!!!

The last month....

Well Stephen has been living and working in Arkansas for the last month! While I have been stuck in Utah to finish up my job. No worries the count down is now at 30 days! Less than one month left and we are both excited, cause we can be in the same state again.
Stephen is enjoying his job, its hard and not always fun, but for the most part he likes it. I think he like his family a little more! He is living with Nathan his little brother, Brandon his cousin lives downstaris, and JT and Kasaundra live down the street! They seem to be having a lot of fun together!
I am living with my paretns( kinda wierd when you are 26 and married). And still finishing up both jobs! My girls I coach are doing pretty good! Its fun to watch them improve.
But I cant wait till June 23 when I can get on the airplane to fly out there!!!!!!!

After a long long day at work, I called Amy for the usual chat on my way home. We talked for a minute and she decided she was going to pick up Jackson and drive to Orem to meet us at Mcdonalds for dinner! Jackson was so excited. I wish I could love the little things is life, like he does. So after cheeseburgers and fries we came back to our house and played wii. Its my favorite thing to watch Jackson bowl, he has the best finish!!! My new favorite thing is to watch Amy hula hoop! Thanks for the fun night!

Yes.... Arkansas how crazy is that? To be honest I am a little nervous and Stephen is totally excited! I have never reallly lived out of the state of Utah before so this will be fun and exciting. For those of you that are confused. Stephen is selling alarm systems with APX this summer.
But are excited to have a new adventure!

Dentist.....

Ok so I totally have great news! I know that most of you wont think this is good but I went to the dentist this week. I am terrifed of the dentist for those of you who dont know me. The good news is ONLY four cavities! and one maybe two root canals!!!!! Thats right we are having a party! Thanks to dental insurance we will be able to get my teeth fixed for the first time EVER!!!! I am so excited

Birthday Party.....

Well It was Stephens Birthday this week. Our first birthday together!! We met last year on his birthday, so we have now known eachother for a year now! On Sunday a few days before his birthday my family had a party for him. It was so much fun after eating dinner of his choice and opening gifts, we played a fun triva game that my mom put together. We found out a lot of good things about Stephen that we never would have known, such as he loved Pokeman....... On the day of his Birthday he opened the gifts that I gave him, ate lunch while we played monoploy, and went to Olive garden for dinner. We had a blast so Thanks for all coming with us!

Ugly Sweater Christmas Party....

So last week we had our first Ugly Sweater party. It was so much fun. We started out by of coarse eating dinner. Feed us first then we are way more fun. Then we strutted our stuff as we walked down the run way for our fashion show. Then we went into the voting room and cast our votes on camera! After we cast them we gathered everyone together, to watch back the results, you will never guess who won...that's right it was me. I know something to be proud of. The night was finished with Santa Claus and all. He gave the girls silly string and the boys nerf guns, he got out there just in time to miss the WAR.

So I don't have any pictures but I have some good stories so here it goes.

Thanksgiving was good. We went to JT and Kasaundra's house with the Trout family, and ate lots and lots of food. Amazing food at that. Mashed potatoes were my favorite. We just hung out and had a good time. Then at 12:00 We went to the mall to go shopping with my Mom, Madi, Maddie, Brady and Tanner and had a blast. Didnt buy anything but enjoyed ourselves. We did realize that we didn't really fit in with the crowd, so we did a lot of people watching!!! Then we went to my mom's to take a power nap for about an hour, and off to Wal mart we went. We bought Guitar Hero. We have had a great time playing it!!

Halloween.......

ALright this is the BEST Halloween Party ever. I look forward to it every year. This was Stephen's first time coming. I talked it up a lot so he was thinking it might suck cause when you usually talk things up they do. Well he decided for himself that it was amazing. We had a really good time, the food was fun(yes I said fun), we sucked at carving pumpkins, and at Bingo. But the costumes were amazing and always are. So thought I would show you some pictures.

In case you guys didn't know, I have the most wonderful, awesome, radical, groovy, brilliant, prestigious brother in the whole wide universe. He is by far the coolest person I know. There is nothing that he can't do. No one can match his magnificence. One day, I am sure that he will win an olympic gold medal and then become the ruler of the free world. When you look in the dictionary under "Perfection" you will see a picture of him. When you look in his eyes, you know he is most wonderful person you will ever encounter.

SICK OF SICK

If I have to spend one more day in the hospital, doctors office, or the insta-care. I think I might scream. Monday night we went to the insta-care. They took blood and found nothing wrong. Then Wednesday I went to the doctor, good report but she made me get a flu shot and a tetnis shot, yeah I still cant move my arm. Then Wednesday night we ended up in the ER. They still cant find anything wrong. They said maybe an ulcer but the only way to find out is through a scope. So... I'll keep posted on what we decide to do.

Power Out

So I have the most amazing husband ever right...... Well Thursday night after a long day at work for both of us, We come home to NO power. I guess that we never called to set up our power and after 2 months they decided to shut it off. At the time it was not funny at all. We pulled out our generater(thanks to all of you that chipped in on our camping wedding gift.) Plugged in a lamp that was also a wedding gift and ate dinner on the cold tile floor. Awesome, untill I wanted to take a bath and needed light so we pulled the lamp and the generator into the bathroom. About 2 minutes later I tripped over the cord and shatterd the lamp in the dark. We spent the rest of the night trying to clean up broken glass!!!
What a night, at least I can look back and laugh right!

Stephen's trip to Texas

So Stephen went to Texas. He really wanted to help with the IKE relief. So he went with APX to help clean up after the hurricane hit. After a long 30 hour bus ride there. They handed out water, cleaned up houses with 6-8 feet of water damage, and enjoyed eachothers company. Here are a few pictures of what he saw while he was out there.

So Stephen and I took a trip to California to go see the 2008 olympic gymnastics tour. It was so much fun. We drove down on friday night after work at 6:00. We ended up in California at his parents house at 2:30 a.m. what a long ucky drive. We do have some amazing dance skills... Then we just hung out untill the show that day. The show was amazing, even Stephen enjoyed the show. After the show we spent the night at the beach.The same beach that we fell in love at. We had such a great time. We packed up and left at 5:30 on Monday morning, agian yuck. I slept till Cedar city. So Steve didnt have to put up with me to long. Which I am sure he was happy about!

So Stephen beats me home by a few hours each day and every night, he has something done for me!
Such as dinner or laundry or a clean house you name it!!!!!

Honeymoon

So we went on a cruise to Cabo Mexico it was the best vacation ever. With all the time in the world to do whatever we wanted to do. We did a lot of just hanging out on the ship. A lot of eating. We went to the fun shows the hypmotist was our favorite we laughed our heads off. When we got to Cabo in the gross heat we went on a beach buggy tour which was amaizng we drove these little buggy cars around the beach and did all sorts fish tails it was so fun. When we got to ensanada we did a little shopping and just walking around we really had a great time.

Again thanks to all those that helped make our honeymoon a trip we will never forget.

Our Big Day!

Okay on July 31, 2008 Stephen and I got married in the Salt lake temple. It was the most amazing day of our lives. The day turned out perfect. The pictures were amazing by far my favorite. Then we went on to the luncheon where we showed the video that my mom made and it was amazing, then off to the party! The reception was fantastic... The cake was so pretty, flowers were amazing and I have to say this Amy Lou wins for the best toast ever in wedding history...Even if it did make me cry.

Yeah that is right!!! 80's night... Who says you are to old to go dancing. Thursday night Tanner, Maddie, Dalan, Stephen, and I went to the club for dancing. Steve and I only made it about an hour before I needed some sleep! I found I really love dancing but the club scene is not for me. Now Steve on the other hand knows how to shake it!

Playing House

My Parents are brave...They let us house sit for them while they went to New York for 6 days. We have kept ourselves really busy with work and Buster and cleaning up after Tanner!(you are a pig)
The best part is making Sunday dinner. For those of you that know me know that I DONT cook. So I have no idea what this will taste like!! We made funeral Potatoes which are my favorite. Vegi Tray that was not to hard and Confetti cake, at least it looks cute!

Amy, Miah and Jack are coming and bringing Ham. Excited to see how it turns out!!
